双曲面小角度金属胶接夹层组件,多用于飞机机翼、垂尾等气动外形的理论型面,精度要求及其严格。这种组件的蜂窝芯加工精度要求高,盆形件、工装与蜂窝芯小角度区贴合难度大,铝蜂窝芯、钣金零件、工装三者之间的协调关系复杂。因此易出现边缘板板区超厚的质量问题。文章以飞机内襟翼舱上壁板为研究对象,对影响因素进行综合分析,提出了两种技术改进方案,使组件边缘板板区的超厚问题得以控制。
Low-profile double-curved metal adhesive sandwich laminated components, and more for the aircraft wing, tail and other aerodynamic shape of the theoretical profile, precision and strict requirements. The honeycomb core of such components has high processing precision, and the basin-shaped parts, tooling and honeycomb core are difficult to be bonded in the small angle area, and the coordination relationship among the aluminum honeycomb core, the sheet metal parts and the tooling is complicated. Therefore prone to the edge of the board area thick quality problems. In this paper, the upper panel of aircraft internal flap deck is taken as the research object, and the comprehensive analysis is made on the influencing factors. Two technical improvements are put forward to control the thickening of the edge plate area of the module.
