游客对邮轮服务的满意度对邮轮旅游的健康持续发展起着大的作用。本文以丽星邮轮双鱼星号为对象,对游客在双鱼星号的各项服务满意度进行了调查分析,最后根据调查结果提出了提高客人满意度的邮轮服务管理措施。一、引言邮轮旅游自20世纪60年代后期发展至今,一直是国际旅游业中增长幅度最大的一项业务,年平均增长幅度达8-9%。目前,邮轮产业东移亚洲,越来越多亚洲人开始选择邮轮作为新的旅游方式。游客对邮轮旅游的满意度受到邮轮经营的高度重视。它不仅是邮轮扩大销售,争夺市场的重要手段,而且直接影响到邮轮的经济效益。
Visitor satisfaction with cruise service plays a big role in the healthy and sustainable development of cruise travel. In this paper, Star Cruises Pisces as the object, the tourists in the Pisces astronaut service satisfaction surveys and analyzes, and finally based on the survey results to improve customer satisfaction cruise management measures. I. Introduction Cruise tourism has been the largest growth in international tourism since its development in the late 1960s, with an average annual growth rate of 8-9%. At present, as the cruise industry moves eastward to Asia, more and more Asians are beginning to choose cruise lines as a new way of traveling. Visitor satisfaction with cruise travel is highly valued by cruise operators. It is not only an important means for the cruise to expand sales and compete for the market, but also directly affects the economic benefits of cruise ships.
