微量草酸根的存在,强烈地干扰氟的比色测定。采用经典的蒸馏法及高温水解法分离氟显然是不适宜的。曾有资料报导用各种微量扩散技术分离生物材料中的氟。我们遵循“独立自主、自力更生”的方针,改进资料的操作方法,用国产塑料瓶作扩散瓶,以滤纸卷作吸附载体,硝酸纤维糊作封闭剂分离氟,不仅加大了操作体积,而且缩短了扩散分离时间。此外,在对扩散原理进行探讨的基础上,提出了进一步缩短扩散时间(即样品中仅部分氟被分离的情况下计算原始氟的含量)
The presence of trace oxalate strongly interferes with the colorimetric determination of fluorine.
