二、螺旋纹磨削外圆时,被加工零件表面有时会出现好象螺旋线的波纹。我们称这种波纹为螺旋纹。出现螺旋纹的原因,有以下几个方面。(一)磨床几何精度误差的影响:砂轮主轴与工作台相对位置误差,砂轮主轴与工件中心线相对位置误差,是产生螺旋纹的主要原因。1.砂轮主轴中心线对工作台导轨平行误差超过一定值时,被磨削工件表面就会出现螺旋纹。图9a 表示砂轮主轴抬头,图9b 表示砂轮主轴低头,
