原发性醛固酮增多症(简称原醛),是由于肾上腺皮质分泌过多的醛固酮,而造成高血压和低血钾,是一种可治愈的的继发性高血压病。心房能产生一种多肽,称为心钠素(Cardionatrin),除有扩张血管、降低血压作用外,还和水盐平衡有密切关系,具有很强的利钠、利尿作用。心钠素在体外可抑制正常肾上腺细胞分泌醛固酮,以及由钾、ACTH、血管紧张素Ⅱ刺激而引起的醛固酮分泌。1985年Hirata氏已证明,心钠素不能抑制原醛病人肾上腺细胞由ACTH和血管紧张素Ⅱ刺激引起的醛固酮
Primary aldosteronism (referred to as primary aldehyde), is due to excessive secretion of aldosterone adrenal cortex, causing hypertension and hypokalemia, is a curable secondary hypertension. Atrial can produce a peptide, called Cardionatrin (Cardionatrin), in addition to the expansion of blood vessels, lower blood pressure, but also closely related to water and salt balance, with a strong sodium, diuretic effect. Atrial natriuretic peptide can inhibit the secretion of aldosterone by normal adrenal cells in vitro and the secretion of aldosterone by potassium, ACTH, and angiotensin II. 1985 Hirata’s have demonstrated that atrial natriuretic factor does not inhibit aldosterone induced by ACTH and angiotensin II stimulation of adrenal cells of primary aldehyde patients
