Although different from each other, they all emphasized the abstract form of exclusivity. Inspired by the modern tradition that landed in New York in 1913 at the Armory Show, the influence of that tradition inspired Wallace Stevens to transform it to express its American voice and to create a New forms of abstract poetry, dealing with the theme of rapid change and expressing the changing social reality.
