用钴-60γ射线照射三个品种大豆风干种子,于 M_1代随机选取孕性正常及孕性较差的植株,衍生成 M_2及 M_3群体,分析比较了来自两种孕性的群体两个世代、九个农艺性状的遗传变异系数、遗传方差、遗传力和遗传进度,结果表明,M_1孕性较差的植株所衍生的群体,上述遗传参数均大于M_1孕性正常植株所衍生的群体,即前者具有较大的选择潜力和可靠性。而且,对 M_1孕性较差植株衍生的群体,于 M_2代选择孕性正常的植株,M_3代主要农艺性状均表现正常。M_1孕性较差的植株,在辐射育种中具有较高的价值。
Three cultivars of soybean dried seeds were irradiated with cobalt-60γ-rays. M_3 and M_3 populations were randomly selected in M_1 generation for their normal and less fertile plants. Two generations from two populations were analyzed and compared. The genetic variation coefficient, genetic variance, heritability and genetic progress of nine agronomic traits indicated that the above-mentioned genetic parameters were higher than those derived from the normal pregnant plant M_1, that is, the former Has greater potential and reliability of choice. Moreover, for those plants derived from poorly metaplastic M_1 plants, the plants with normal fertility in M_2 were selected and the main agronomic traits in M_3 were normal. M_1 less fertile plants have higher value in radiation breeding.
