Zhang Bao Yi is a fifth grade boy at Linhai Farm Primary School in Sheyang County, Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province. Due to poor eyesight, Zhang Bao Yi’s academic performance is not satisfactory. He is in his senior year of primary school and is sensitive to his own eyesight problems - he does not want others to mention his poor eyesight situation, nor is he willing to use the textbooks and visual aids provided by the Resource Center. Zhang Bao-yi’s parents are not low on their children’s learning requirements. They will be sent to the teacher to do homework at night, and will be counseled when they return home. I called my parents several times to understand the situation. Parents think that students do not need resource centers to provide resources.
