目前无线寻呼已在全国各地广泛使用,许多城市已建多个寻呼中心,随着社会的发展,这种业务还将得到进一步普及.一般寻呼中心均不利用特服业务中继接口(中继直流信令方式),而是利用用户中继接口(中继铃流信令方式)与各话务终端相连接,当有寻呼电话时,由话务员进行应答或抢答,然后将数字信息送发射机发出.这种方式不能合理、均匀的分配话务量,接通率低,平均处理时间长,已经不能适应形势的要求.本文介绍一种用于上述寻呼中心的话务分配系统,并着重介绍其中话务分配器的基本结构、特点及功能.
