最近,由中国科学院低温中心科阳公司设计,并与中国石油天然气总公司勘探局、吉林油田管理局共同开发的我国第一台天然气液化生产装置,在吉林省伊通县首次联合调试取得成功:连续运行7昼夜,每小时制取液化天然气450 L。这不仅对缓解我国能源紧缺状况具有重要意义,同时,也为我国零散天然气资源的充分利用开拓了一条新途径。这台天然气液化生产装置具有三个技术特征:一是全部采用天然气做能源,适合无电地区使用;二是其结构采用橇装式,每个设备都是一个相对独立的橇块,便于搬迁,这个气井用完了可以搬到另一个气井使用;三是采用了气浮轴承新技术,使天然气液化的关键部件透平膨胀机的转子(膨胀气量4 600 m/h,转速38 000 r/min)在悬浮状态中高速旋转、减少磨擦,延长了使用寿命。这样大的气体轴承透平,在世界上也是第一个。
