针对高职院校学生学习质量评价的现状和存在的问题,从专业技能素质、基本素质、职业素养、综合素质、毕业生质量等5个方面的评价模式提出改进举措,改进学生学习质量评价方法,充分发挥学生学习质量评价的导向激励作用,倡导高职院校应加强学生综合素质的培养,进一步提高人才培养质量。
According to the status quo and existing problems of the evaluation of student learning quality in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward some improvement measures from five aspects of professional skills, basic qualities, professional qualities, comprehensive qualities and quality of graduates, and improves the evaluation methods of student learning quality , Giving full play to the guiding and encouraging function of students ’learning quality evaluation, advocating that higher vocational colleges should strengthen the cultivation of students’ comprehensive quality and further improve the quality of personnel training.
