目的通过真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎(FRS)鼻窦微生态的研究,包括真菌,细菌的观察,根据培养结果及药敏实验,为以手术为主的综合治疗提供微生物学和用药依据。方法收集41例真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎病例,行功能性鼻内窥镜手术时采集脓液标本,作细菌培养及药敏试验。结果在41份脓液标本中,共检出了22株10种细菌,阳性率为53.7%,革兰阳性菌占36.4%;革兰阴性菌占63.6%,其中,MRSA检出率9.0%。结论真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎合并细菌感染主要是革兰阴性菌,在培养出的细菌中金黄色葡萄球菌占首位。
OBJECTIVE: To study the microflora of fungal rhinosinusitis (FRS) sinus, including the observation of fungi and bacteria, and to provide microbiology and medication basis for the comprehensive surgery-based treatment according to the culture results and susceptibility testing. Methods A total of 41 cases of fungal rhinosinusitis were collected. Pus samples were collected during functional endoscopic sinus surgery for bacterial culture and drug susceptibility testing. Results Among 41 samples of pus, 22 strains of 10 bacteria were detected, the positive rate was 53.7%, Gram-positive bacteria was 36.4%, Gram-negative bacteria was 63.6%, and the detection rate of MRSA was 9.0%. Conclusion Fungal nasal sinusitis with bacterial infection is mainly Gram-negative bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus in the culture of bacteria in the first place.
