干休所财务管理的工作质量,直接的决定和影响了干休所的整体经济财务状况。财务管理管理工作质量高,就可以更好的保障我国干休所财务状况的良好发展。相反如果财务管理工作质量低,将很难保障我国干休所财务状况的良性透明发展。因此本文就将针对当前我国干休所的财务管理状况进行简单的分析,并且就创新干休所财务管理,提升一些建议与思考。
The quality of the work done by the financial management of the cadres and retirees directly determines and affects the overall economic and financial conditions of the cadres. The high quality of the financial management and management work can better ensure the sound development of the financial position of the dry-rest in our country. On the contrary, if the quality of financial management is low, it will be very hard to guarantee the sound and transparent development of the financial position of China’s dry-rest. Therefore, this article will be based on the current situation of China’s financial management of the dry rest for a simple analysis, and to innovate the financial management of dry rest, to enhance some suggestions and thinking.
