This article aims to explore the regulation of cardiovascular autonomic nervous system during the dynamic exercise of Taijiquan, a traditional health care exercise. The main choice of practice Taijiquan more than 2 years of subjects 49, of which 30 were college students, aged 18-25 years old; 19 middle-aged group, aged 53-70 years old. The ultra-small portable Holter recorder records the ECG signals of the subjects during the practice of Taijiquan, and observes the short-range HRV frequency domain indexes in the dynamic exercise of Taijiquan during the practice of Taijiquan, and analyzes the sympathetic And changes in parasympathetic modulation. The results showed that both VLF and VL (except for the progressive reduction of LF in middle-aged and elderly groups) decreased firstly and then increased, but both of them were significantly lower than resting state during 20min practice tai chi exercise. The HF of both groups decreased progressively And significantly lower than that of resting HF. The LF / HF of the middle-aged and elderly groups decreased progressively but not significantly. The LF / HF of the college students decreased first and then rose and decreased significantly in the first 15 minutes. Conclusions During the exercise, as the heart rate accelerates, the levels of sympathetic activity and parasympathetic activity are lower than those at rest, but the amplitude of sympathetic-parasympathetic balance is different from that of resting state Dominant advantage.
