腺样囊性癌又称圆柱瘤、圆柱瘤型腺癌、筛状癌,多发于口腔大、小涎腺及呼吸道黏膜腺体,原发于外耳道者罕见。我们科收治1例外耳道腺样囊性癌患者,现报告如下。1病历摘要女,49岁。于入院6 a前时有右耳阵发性钝痛,未介意。入院前2个月疼痛加频加重,偶有微量血脓性渗出液,经在当地医院以外耳道炎治疗,病情渐加重而于2007-03-16来诊。查体:生命指征平稳。
Adenoid cystic carcinoma, also known as cylindrical tumor, cylindrical tumor type adenocarcinoma, carcinoma of the screen, occur in the oral large, small salivary glands and respiratory mucosal glands, rare in the external ear canal. We receive 1 case of external auditory canal cystic carcinoma patients, are as follows. 1 medical record summary female, 49 years old. 6 months before admission when the right ear paroxysmal dull pain, did not mind. Two months before admission, the pain was aggravated with occasional micro-purulent exudate. After treatment with otitis media outside the local hospital, the condition gradually aggravated and came to the clinic in 2007-03-16. Physical examination: life indication stable.
