这次辞书学会换届,蒙会员同志们信任抬爱,推举我为学会会长,我在感谢的同时也深感不安.人贵有自知之明,我深知自己在德能两方面都有许多欠缺,并不是最佳人选,只是由于中国社会科学院语言研究所在我国辞书事业中的重要地位,我才被推到了这个位置上.我想,既当之,就要谋其事,尽其职,我将和新一届学会班子团结合作,努力把学会的工作搞好.我要虚心向辞书学会的老领导巢峰同志、曹先擢老师和上届班子学习办学会的经验,向各位专家学习有关辞书学理论和辞书编纂、出版方面的知识和经验,同时更要学习大家热爱辞书事业、为了辞书事业的健康发展
