目的研究发育过程中不同类型学习记忆的变化特点.方法采用主动回避反应(AAR)、被动回避反应(PAR)、空间分辨记忆(SDM)和味觉厌恶条件反射(CTA)四种模式对学习和记忆过程进行系统研究。结果2月龄(2m)大鼠在AAR、PAR两种模式中,学习和记忆成绩最好,1m大鼠成绩最差;在SDM测试中,2m、6m大鼠的训练和测试成绩都强于1m大鼠;以足电震为非条件刺激的CTA模式中,年龄越小建立越快。结论大鼠发育过程中,不同类型的学习记忆有独特的时间出现过程.
Objective To study the change characteristics of different types of learning and memory during the developmental process.Methods Four patterns of active avoidance response (AAR), passive avoidance response (PAR), spatial resolution memory (SDM) and taste aversion conditioned reflex (CTA) The process of systematic research. Results 2-month-old (2m) rats had the best learning and memory performance in both AAR and PAR modes, with the worst score in 1m rats. In SDM test, the training and test scores of 2m and 6m rats were both stronger 1m rats. In the CTA mode stimulated by foot shocks, the younger the age, the faster the establishment. Conclusion During the development of rats, different types of learning and memory have a unique temporal appearance.
