患者,女,68岁。因反复左腰隐痛5年,血尿半年,于1997年6月6日入院。入院时一般情况好,无发热,无消瘦贫血,除左肾区轻叩痛外,余查体正常。Ｂ超及ＩＶＰ等发现左输尿管中下段梗阻,上段扩张,左肾中度积水。逆行性尿路造影及输尿管肾镜检查发现输尿管下段实性狭窄。6月21日手术探查?
The patient, female, is 68 years old. Repeated left back pain for 5 years, hematuria for six months, was admitted on June 6, 1997. B-ultrasonography and IVP found that the middle and lower ureteral obstruction, the upper segment expansion, left kidney moderate water.
