负债筹资就是企业利用负债进行的筹资活动。负债筹资时企业而言,既有积极的一面,又有消极的一面。科学、合理地进行负债筹资,是企业面临的长远问题。本文就负债筹资的效应作以分析,并提出负债筹资应注意的问题。
Debt financing is the use of corporate debt financing activities. Debt financing enterprises, both positive and negative side. Scientifically and reasonably raising debt is a long-term problem for enterprises. This article analyzes the effect of debt financing and puts forward some issues that should be paid attention to in debt financing.
