近年来,成都市人防工作在市委、市政府和上级人防部门的指导下,认真贯彻国务院、中央军委关于“长期准备,重点建设,干战结合”的方针,坚持平时与战时相结合,人防工程与城市建设相结合,人防业务建设与城市防灾、救灾相结合的原则,解放思想,把握机遇,改革创新,取得了令人瞩目的成绩。
In recent years, under the guidance of the municipal party committee, municipal government and superior civil defense departments, the Chengdu Civil Air Defense Work has conscientiously implemented the guideline of “long-term preparation, key construction and combination of war and wars” formulated by the State Council and the Central Military Commission and insisted on combining peacetime with wartime. The combination of engineering and urban construction, the combination of civil defense and urban disaster prevention and disaster relief, emancipating the mind, grasping the opportunities and reforming and innovating have yielded remarkable achievements.
