目的:确定赤雹果实和块根的最佳采收期。方法:2009年5月开始用种子种植赤雹,从2009—2011年3年内,每年在赤雹的生长季节内,从8月15日—10月15日,每15天采收一次赤雹果实和块根,以不同采收时期和年限的赤雹果实和块根药材的外观形态、单株鲜重和干重以及原儿茶醛和原儿茶酸含量为指标,采用高效液相色谱法测定赤雹块根和果实中原儿茶醛和原儿茶酸的含量。色谱条件为:Discovery C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-5%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱(0~40 min,甲醇:20%~100%),紫外检测波长280 nm,流速为1 ml·min-1。结果:赤雹果实采收的时间为每年8月下旬到9月下旬,选择饱满,个体较大,颜色鲜艳,成熟度高的果实随熟随采,此时果实中的原儿茶醛和原儿茶酸含量较高。不同生长年限的果实中,原儿茶醛和原儿茶酸含量没有显著性差异;但一年生和两年生、三年生比较单株鲜重和干重有显著性差异,两年生和三年生比较单株鲜重和干重没有显著性差异。赤雹块根采收期为9月中旬到10月上旬,此时块根单株产量较大,原儿茶醛和原儿茶酸含量较高;不同生长年限比较,二、三年生单株鲜重和干重与一年生单株鲜重和干重比较有显著性差异,因此确定赤雹块根采收期为第二、三年生的9月中旬到10月上旬。结论:赤雹果实最佳采收期为每年8月下旬到9月下旬,果实随熟随采;赤雹块根最佳采收期为二、三年生的9月下旬到10月上旬。
