目的:观察采用组合光斑光动力疗法(PDT)治疗孤立性脉络膜血管瘤的效果及安全性。方法:为回顾性病例研究。经眼底镜检查,荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA),彩照及B超,确诊眼孤立性脉络膜血管瘤20例,均只行一次组合光斑PDT治疗。术前最佳矫正视力指数~0.4,B超检查肿瘤最大直线距离5.5~9.9 mm,平均6.8 mm;最大厚度1.0~3.8 mm,平均2.7 mm,8例伴网脱。PDT治疗为维速达尔6 mg/m~2体表面积,10 min推注完毕,5
Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of combined photodynamic therapy (PDT) in the treatment of solitary choroidal hemangioma. Methods: A retrospective case study. Fundus examination, fluorescein fundus angiography (FFA), color photographs and B ultrasound, diagnosed 20 cases of isolated choroidal hemangioma in the eye, were only a combined PDT spot treatment.
