本文采用4种荧光素研了家兔蓝斑和臂旁核神经元向前脑和小脑分叉轴突侧枝投射,并结合荧光组化法(Faglu-sucrose法)确定其递质性质。首次报道家兔蓝斑和臂旁核神经元分枝投射到下丘脑外侧区、视前区和小脑ⅥⅦ小叶。这些分枝投射的蓝斑神经元大部分为儿茶酚胺能的。该两核的神经元还分枝投射到杏仁中央核和小脑皮质,其神经元小部分是儿茶酚胺能的。此外还证实蓝斑和臂旁核分枝投射到丘脑腹侧核、网状核和小脑皮质。蓝斑神经元分枝投射到腹侧海马和小脑皮质,颞叶皮质和小脑皮质。
In this study, four kinds of fluorescein were used to investigate the neurotransmitters of the locus coeruleus and parabrachial nucleus in the axons of the axonal branches of the forebrain and cerebellum. The neurotransmitter properties were determined by the Faglu-sucrose method. It was first reported that the locus coeruleus of the locus coeruleus and the parabrachial nucleus project to the lateral hypothalamus area, the preoptic area and the cerebellar Ⅵ Ⅶ leaflets. Most of the projected blue patch neurons are catecholaminergic. The two-core neurons are also branched to the central nucleus of the almonds and the cerebellar cortex, with small portions of their neurons being catecholaminergic. In addition, it has also been demonstrated that the locus coeruleus and parabrachial branches project to ventral thalamic nucleus, reticular nucleus, and cerebellar cortex. Locus coeruleus neurons branch to the ventral hippocampal and cerebellar cortex, temporal cortex and cerebellar cortex.
