提出双边滤波结合自适应直方图均衡化方法在钢筋检测中的工业应用。双边滤波采用传统高斯滤波方法与图像亮度信息相结合,达到平滑滤除高频噪声,并有效保持图像边缘信息;自适应直方图均衡化改进了常规均衡化方法,对图像亮度信息的缺失进行自适应补偿,有效提高图像对比度。在焊网机器人钢筋检测预处理中进行应用,结果证明有效提高钢筋检测的准确率。
提出了一种新的子弹识别方法。首先将采集到的子弹图像进行Harris角点检测,提取特征点,然后将特征点位置坐标标准化,使用典型相关分析的方法计算得出两幅图像之间的相似度,以此相似度判定两枚子弹是否是同一枪支发射。实验结果表明,提取的特征点比较典型,置信度较高,对变形不严重的子弹检测有一定的实用价值。
