《哈尔滨市地名管理条例》经哈尔滨市人大常委会审议通过,并报黑龙江省人大常委会审议批准,现已公布施行。哈尔滨市的地名法制建设走在全国前列。本刊从本期起,将陆续选择刊登新颁布的各级地名法规,供各地制定《地名管理条例实施细则》或《地名管理办法》参考,以推动我国地名法制化管理。 “Harbin names and regulations” by the Harbin Municipal People’s Congress examined and approved, and submitted to the Heilongjiang Provincial People’s Congress for consideration and approval, has now announced the implementation.
