几年来,笔者自拟加味玉女煎治疗各种牙痛,一般多在服药1～4帖后牙痛得止,疗效堪称满意,现介绍如下。药物组成:细辛3～12克,白芷6～15克,生石膏(先煎)30～100克,生熟地10～30克,知母6～30克,麦冬10～30克,怀牛膝30克,徐长卿20～30克。加减变化:实火牙痛,石膏、知母、麦冬用大剂量,只生地、细辛、白芷用小剂量;便秘者加生军10克;虚火牙痛,石膏、知母、麦冬、生熟地用中等剂量,细辛、白芷用小剂量;虚寒牙痛,细辛、白芷用大剂量,酌减寒凉药并小其量;肾虚牙痛,重用熟地,酌减寒凉药。
Over the past few years, the author has proposed to improve the variety of toothache by treating the female delicacies. In general, more than 1 to 4 prescriptions have been used to stop the toothache. The efficacy is satisfactory. Drug composition: Asarum 3 ~ 12 grams, white peony 6 ~ 15 grams, gypsum (simmer fried) 30 to 100 grams, raw and cooked to 10 to 30 grams, 6 to 30 grams of Anemarrhena, Ophiopogon 10 to 30 grams, Achyranthes 30 grams, Xu Changqing 20 to 30 grams. Addition and subtraction changes: real fire toothache, plaster, anemarrhena, Ophiopogon japonicus with large doses, only habitat, Asarum, Angelica with small doses; constipation plus Health 10 grams; virtual fire toothache, plaster, Anemarrhena, Ophiopogon japonicus, Health Rehearsal with a medium dose, Asarum, Angelica with a small dose; Deficiency cold toothache, Asarum, Angelica with large doses, reduce the cold medicine and reduce the amount; kidney deficiency toothache, reuse rehmannia, reduce cold medicine.
