B类清道夫受体(SR)CD36是一个分布广泛,生物作用多样的多配基受体,参与体内多种病理、生理过程。在动脉粥样硬化(AS)形成过程中其介导单核细胞与内皮细胞黏附,是单核-巨噬细胞识别、内吞ox-LDL的主要SR,参与泡沫细胞和AS形成。CD36表达的调控机制一直是研究的热点,特别是PPARγ的作用,而相关药物如临床上广泛应用的作为胰岛素增敏剂的PPARγ激动剂以及他汀类降脂药等对CD36表达的影响也引起人们的关注。
Class B Scavenger Receptor (SR) CD36 is a widely distributed, biologically diverse multi-ligand receptor that participates in many pathological and physiological processes in the body. It mediates the adhesion of monocytes to endothelial cells during the development of atherosclerosis (AS). It is the primary SR that recognizes and endocyts ox-LDL and is involved in the formation of foam cells and AS. The regulatory mechanism of CD36 expression has been a hot topic, especially the role of PPARγ, and related drugs, such as PPARγ agonists and insulin lowering sensitizers widely used clinically as the insulin sensitizing agents, have also led to the influence of CD36 expression s concern.
