本文论述了连铸坯凝固冷却过程的“冶金标准”。用数学模型从理论上计算了操作参数如拉速、比水量、二冷区水量分布、钢水过热度、液相穴内钢水对流运动和二冷水温度等对连铸坯凝固“冶金标准”的影响。根据计算结果,整理出坯厚、拉速、比水量、液相穴深度和生产率的关系图,这有利于选择合理工艺参数,科学地控制操作。
This paper discusses the “metallurgical standard” of the continuous casting slab cooling process. The mathematical model was used to calculate the influence of operating parameters such as casting speed, specific water quantity, water distribution in secondary cooling zone, superheat of molten steel, convection movement of molten steel in liquid phase and temperature of secondary cooling water on the “metallurgical standard” of slab solidification. According to the calculation results, the relationship between the blank thickness, the pulling rate, the specific water amount, the depth of the liquid phase and the productivity is sorted out, which is beneficial to select the reasonable process parameters and control the operation scientifically.
