本文选用30只Wistar大鼠为实验对象,研究昼夜交替对于正畸牙移动距离及牙周组织反应的影响。结果表明:白天戴用矫治器动物的牙齿移动距离明显大于夜间戴用,与全日戴用相当;且牙周组织改建良好。证明了昼夜交替对于正畸牙移动有肯定的影响。为临床优化矫冶时间提供了实验依据。
In this paper, 30 Wistar rats were selected as experimental subjects to study the effect of alternating day and night on orthodontic tooth movement distance and periodontal tissue response. The results showed that the moving distance of the teeth wearing the appliance during daytime was significantly larger than that at night, which was equivalent to wearing on the whole day, and the periodontal tissue was remodeled well. Proved that alternating day and night for orthodontic tooth movement have a positive effect. It provides the experimental basis for the clinical optimization of the corrective time.
