由林伟夫作曲、时康作词讴歌消防官兵的歌曲《愿千家幸福、万户平安》在２０００年１１月９日的上海市闸北区第十届“１１９消防活动日”的文艺演出中反响良好，获得了本届消防日文艺演出的最佳创作奖。本刊特辟栏目予以刊登，意在收集、整理和发现更多、更好的消防文艺作品。同时也希望能有更多的人来关心消防、热爱消防。 林伟夫：中国社会音乐研究会会员，上海音乐家协会会员，闸北区文化馆副研究员。１９８７年起任上海市闸北区政协委员并历任“闸北歌声”音乐报主编，主要音乐作品《渔家新歌》、《幸福之歌》等获“上海之春”、“上海十月歌会”优秀创作奖、一等奖及全国第五届“中国人口文化奖”二等奖。
