根据(85)冶钢字第1438号关于成立高效钢材专业协调组的通知精神,高效钢材金属制品协调组及深加工学委会金属制品学术组联席会议于1986年2月27日至3月1日在郑州市召开。参加会议的有高效钢材金属制品协调组正、副组长单位代表及深加工学委会金属制品学术组成员共38名代表。会议在冶金部主管部门的帮助支持下,由金属制品协调组组长单位及金属制品学术组挂靠单位冶金部金属制品研究所主持,冶金部钢铁司归口主管人员在会上作了有关组建高效钢
