为了探索激光诱导击穿光谱(laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy,LIBS)快速检测土壤中铬元素的可行性,采用1 064 nm的Nd:YAG纳秒脉冲激光器作为激光光源,对冶炼厂土壤中的Cr元素进行了参数优化分析,通过获取的样品LIBS光谱得出Cr(Ⅰ)425.435 nm为最佳分析谱线;通过信背比、强度与激光能量的关系曲线,得出最佳能量为140 mJ;通过信背比、强度与延时时间的关系曲线,得出最佳延迟时间为1.4μs。结果表明,对LIBS参数优化可以提高其鉴别目标元素的能力,该参数优化方法也适用于检测土壤中其他重金属元素的研究。
In order to explore the feasibility of rapid detection of chromium in soil by laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS), a Nd: YAG nanosecond pulsed laser at 1064 nm was used as a laser source to measure the contents of Cr The optimum analytical parameters of Cr (Ⅰ) 425.435 nm were obtained by the LIBS spectra of the samples. The best energy was 140 mJ by the signal-to-background ratio, the intensity and the laser energy. Signal to background ratio, intensity and delay time curve, the best delay time of 1.4μs. The results show that the optimization of LIBS parameters can improve the ability of identifying the target elements, and the method of parameter optimization is also suitable for the study of detecting other heavy metal elements in soil.
