病历摘要患儿女,5岁,因“反复咳嗽、喘息2年余,加重伴剧烈活动受限6个月”于2015年4月22日就诊于吉林大学第一医院小儿呼吸科。自入院前2年始,多次于急性呼吸道感染后出现一过性喘息,偶尔于剧烈运动、大哭、大笑时伴有喘鸣,接触烟草、油烟气味会出现刺激性咳嗽,每次咳喘症状持续数分钟至数天后可自行缓解。病初1.5年未予系统诊治。入院
Medical records Summary Children, 5 years old, because of “repeated cough, wheezing more than 2 years, aggravating severe activity with limited 6 months ” on April 22, 2015 treatment at the First Hospital of Jilin University Pediatric Respiratory. Since the hospital 2 years ago, many times in acute respiratory infections after a transient wheezing, and occasionally strenuous exercise, crying, laughing accompanied by wheezing, exposure to tobacco, fumes smell will appear irritating cough, cough every time Symptoms persist for minutes to days and relieve itself. The first 1.5 years of disease was not systematic diagnosis and treatment. Admission
