当代青年是追求理想的一代,当代青年教师思想活跃,接受新观念、新事物快,主体意识强,这些因素在教师职业角色的形成中强劲地冲击着教师固有的价值取向。重庆高新区第一实验小学的青年教师数量多,比例高,已经成为了我校改革、建设、发展的一支生力军。因此培养青年教师成为学校可持续发展的重大举措。本文从对青年教师的心理疏导、激励机制及以人为本的管理思想对青年教师的培养进行了探索。
Contemporary youth are the generation who pursue the ideal. The contemporary young teachers are active in thinking, accepting new ideas, new things are quick, and the subject consciousness is strong. These factors strongly impact teachers’ intrinsic value orientation in the formation of the professional role of teachers. The number of young teachers and the high proportion of the first experimental primary schools in Chongqing High-tech Zone have become a new force in the reform, construction and development of our university. Therefore, training young teachers to become a major measure of sustainable development in schools. This article explores the cultivation of young teachers from the psychological guidance and encouragement mechanism of young teachers and the people-oriented management thinking.
