我院从1988年2月至1990年8月对20例慢性淋病性前列腺炎患者,采用磺胺嘧啶银(SD-Ag)液尿道灌注,取得临床满意效果,现报告如下。本组20例,年龄18～42岁,均有不洁性交史。其中18例有急性淋病性尿道炎史,病程0.5～2年。肌射或静注青霉素,肌注淋必治,口服氟哌酸,静滴先锋必素等治疗无效。就诊时尿道奇痒,排尿烧灼感,尿中有淋丝样分泌物,会阴部坠痛及尿白史。直肠指诊:前列腺触痛,按摩前列腺液涂片检查;WBC/HP满视野,染色后均发现淋球菌。阴茎及全阴部常规消毒。SD—Ag粉剂2g溶于40ml蒸馏水溶解。用50ml注射器头插入尿道口,用力推注,病人略感尿道胀痛,逐用阴茎夹将冠状沟夹紧,保持2～4小时排尿。每日1次,15次为一疗程。治疗1周后,病人症状缓解;15天后,18例

SD-Ag powder 2g dissolved in 40ml of distilled water to dissolve. With 50ml syringe head inserted into the urethra, forced injection, the patient slightly urinary tract pain, penis by the coronary sulcus clamp, keep 2 to 4 hours of urination. 1 day, 15 times for a course of treatment. After 1 week of treatment, the symptoms of the patients were relieved; after 15 days, 18 cases were treated
