楼市新政全面施行后,普通住宅成交量从4月份开始迅速下滑,别墅市场也在大势的带动下表现出下滑趋势,其中经济型别墅的市场表现尤为惨烈。但是,千万级别墅成交量所占比例却得到大幅提高,5月份即占到市场总量的20%,到了6月份占比上升到28%。据业内专家分析称,新政对中低端的置业人群打击很大,但对于买得起千万级别墅的高端置业者层面,影响其实并不大。
