Project Overview Phoenix Center project is located in the southwestern corner of Chaoyang Park in Beijing, covers an area of 1.8 hectares, with a total construction area of 72,000 square meters and a building height of 55 meters. In addition to the media office and studio production functions, the building has arranged a large number of interactive experience spaces open to the public in order to reflect the unique open concept of the Phoenix Media.
