工业电阻炉是热加工的主要设备,其耗电量相当可观,被称之为“电老虎”。据有关资料介绍,一般中型机械厂用电量的30~40%用于工业电阻炉。目前,提高炉子热效率、节约能源的主要措施之一是采用新型绝热材料,以减少炉体蓄热和炉壁放热,缩短加热过程。采用硅酸铝纤维改造现有热处理电阻炉是一有效的途径,其方法有:粘贴法,填充法和用硅酸铝纤维压制成砖砌炉等三种方法。
Industrial resistance furnace is the main thermal processing equipment, which consumes considerable power, known as the “electric tiger.” According to the information, general medium-sized machinery plant 30-40% of the electricity used in industrial resistance furnace. At present, one of the main measures to improve the thermal efficiency and energy conservation of the furnace is to adopt a new type of thermal insulation material to reduce the heat accumulation in the furnace body and the heat dissipation in the furnace wall, and shorten the heating process. The use of aluminum silicate fiber to transform the existing heat treatment resistance furnace is an effective way, its methods are: paste method, filling method and using aluminum silicate fiber brick pressed into three methods.
