以95份桃育成品种为试材,利用32对SSR分子标记对桃育成品种进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明:筛选的18对SSR引物共检测出93个等位基因,其中多态性等位基因为50个。桃群体的平均Nei’s基因多样度为0.5652,Shannon遗传表型指数为1.1125,说明桃总群体遗传变异偏低。针对桃的成熟期进行遗传分析,发现早熟和中熟类群遗传数据相似,推测二者亲缘关系相近;同理,推测晚熟品种与前二者关系较远。表明桃的成熟期与其等位基因相关,该研究结果可为进一步研究桃的遗传分析奠定基础。
A total of 95 Peach cultivars were used as materials to analyze the genetic diversity of Peach cultivars with 32 pairs of SSR markers. The results showed that 93 alleles were detected in 18 pairs of SSR primers screened, of which 50 were polymorphic alleles. The average Nei’s gene diversity of peach population was 0.5652, Shannon’s genetic phenotype index was 1.1125, which indicated that the genetic diversity of peach population was low. According to the genetic analysis of peach maturity, we found that the genetic data of early-maturity and middle-maturity groups are similar, suggesting that the genetic relationship between the two is similar. Similarly, it is speculated that late maturing varieties have a long relationship with the former two. This indicates that the peach ripening stage is related to its allele. The results of this study may lay the foundation for further research on peach genetic analysis.
