目的 探讨黄芩茎叶总黄酮对大鼠主动脉平滑肌细胞的保护作用。方法 利用体外细胞培养技术 ,通过MTT测定、细胞计数等方法。结果 黄芩茎叶总黄酮可呈浓度依赖性地抑制平滑肌细胞的增殖并可显著抑制高脂血清对平滑肌细胞 (SMC)的促增殖作用。结论 黄芩茎叶总黄酮对动脉粥样硬化的防治可能具有一定的积极作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of total flavonoids from stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis on rat aortic smooth muscle cells. Methods In vitro cell culture techniques were used for MTT assay and cell counting. Results The total flavonoids of stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis inhibited the proliferation of smooth muscle cells in a concentration-dependent manner and significantly inhibited the effect of hyperlipidemia on the proliferation of smooth muscle cells (SMC). Conclusion Total flavonoids from stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis may have a positive effect on the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis.
