通过分析5.12汶川地震中的砌体结构震害,从安全目标出发,针对房屋结构高烈度抗震性能提出了增强重点单元的抗震能力、设置能够抵抗高烈度地震的避难单元的抗震策略,提出了“小震,(整体结构)不坏;中震,(整体结构)可修,大震,(整体结构)不倒;巨震,(避难单元)不倒”的高烈度地震抗震设防目标,从而可在现有的经济条件下实现房屋结构的高烈度抗震性能;针对砌体结构,提出了地震避难单元为加密圈梁、构造柱的砌体结构或钢筋混凝土筒体的砌体-钢筋混凝土筒体结构。
