课外体育活动是高职院校校园文化的重要组成部分,是实现高职院校体育教学目标任务的重要途径,丰富多彩的课外体育活动对提高学生身心健康水平具有重要意义。本文运用问卷调查、文献资料和数理统计等方法,以宿迁高等师范学校、宿迁应用职业技术学校学生参加课外体育活动现状进行调查分析。调查显示学生参加课外体育活动有着健康、积极的动机,认识态度和参与比例也比较理想;参加体育活动的频度、强度不够合理、锻炼方法不够科学;学校的体育场馆建设和体育设施配套还不能很好地满足学生的运动需求。针对此结果提出相应对策与建议。
