日前,王儒林副省长在吉林省生态省建设工作电视电话会议上讲话,强调同心合力建设生态省。摘要如下:一、生态省建设取得了较大进展自2001年以来,在省委、省政府的统一领导下,各地党委和政府、各有关部门认真贯彻实施《吉林省生态省建设总体规划纲要》,围绕启动阶段“初步建立生态环保型效益经济基本框架,树立吉林省绿色品牌大省形象”的奋斗目标,扎扎实实地推进生态省建设,取得较大进展。
