目的观察阿片受体特异性拮抗剂—纳洛酮对树突状细胞(DC)成熟的影响。方法采用MTS方法对纳洛酮作用后的DC 2.4细胞进行检测,将纳洛酮从原浓度稀释成10-2、10-3、10-4、10-5、10-6、10-7、10-8、10-9和10-10(mg/ml)不同浓度,并以1640培养液作为阴性对照。结果纳洛酮作用DC 2.4细胞的最佳浓度为10-8mg/ml;纳洛酮组与1640培养液比较,对DC 2.4细胞的成熟度没有明显影响,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论纳洛酮对DC的成熟没有明显影响。
Objective To observe the effect of naloxone, an opioid receptor antagonist, on the maturation of dendritic cells (DCs). Methods MTS method was used to test the effect of naloxone on DC 2.4 cells. Naloxone was diluted to 10-2, 10-3, 10-4, 10-5, 10-6, 10-7, 10-8, 10-9 and 10-10 (mg / ml) different concentrations, and 1640 culture medium as a negative control. Results The optimal concentration of naloxone for DC 2.4 cells was 10-8mg / ml. Naloxone group had no significant effect on the maturity of DC 2.4 cells compared with 1640 medium, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05) . Conclusion Naloxone has no obvious effect on DC maturation.
