去年,我曾踏上了加拿大美丽的国土,对她进行了为期15天的探访、考察。时间短,如同流星瞬间;行程长,恰似走马观花。尽管如此,加拿大政体合理、社会稳定、经济繁荣、国民富有、环境优雅、人性和美,如同一幅大型的立体画呈现在我的眼前,回国后我久久不能忘怀。在加拿大期间,共听取了9个专题讲座。加拿大安大略省有关部门重点介绍了该国的政治、社会和经济发展、公务员制度、社会福利以及财政、税收等情况,我听到有关加拿大政府与企业的关系、企业人事制度等情况的介绍,参观了加拿大国际培训基金会、安大略省财政部、教育培训部和皇家造币厂。通过考察,初步了解了加拿大政治、经济体制,探索了政府与企业之间服务和义务的关系,挖掘了物质文明与精神文明相互依存、同步发展的合理内核,开阔了眼界,拓宽了思路。
Last year I had embarked on a beautiful land in Canada and visited her for 15 days. Short time, as the meteor moment; long trip, just like cursory. Nevertheless, Canada has a reasonable political system, stable society, prosperous economy, rich people, elegant environment, human nature and beauty. As a large three-dimensional painting is presented to my eyes, I can not forget long after returning to Canada. In Canada, a total of nine seminars were given. The relevant departments in Ontario, Canada focused on the political, social and economic development, civil service, social welfare and finance, taxation and other aspects of the country. I heard about the relationship between the Canadian government and enterprises and the personnel system of enterprises. Canadian International Training Foundation, Ontario Ministry of Finance, Education and Training Department and the Royal Mint. Through the investigation, we got a preliminary understanding of Canada’s political and economic system, explored the relationship between government and enterprises in service and obligations, tapped the reasonable core of interdependence and development of material and spiritual civilization, broadened the horizon and broadened the thinking.
