中国城镇供热协会受建设部委托于1988年4月28日至29日在合肥市召开了热网自动化技术对策研讨会。参加会议的有国家建设部、合肥市建委、航天部二院四部、北京煤气热力设计院,清华大学及部分市热力公司等23个单位共42名专家教授工程技术人员。老一代的供热专家供热协会顾问王兆霖教授也出席了会议,并做了重要讲话。中国城镇供热协会副理事长、建设部煤气热力处处长武文龙同志主持了会议。首先会议的东道主合肥市建委张主任致
The China Urban Heat Supply Association was entrusted by the Ministry of Construction to hold a seminar on automation technology for heating network in Hefei from April 28th to 29th, 1988. Some 42 experts from 23 institutions including the Ministry of Construction, the Construction Committee of Hefei City, the Fourth Department of the Ministry of Aerospace, Beijing Gas Thermal Design Institute, and Tsinghua University and some of the city’s thermal companies participated in the conference. Professor Wang Zhaolin, an adviser to the old generation of heating expert heating associations, also attended the meeting and made an important speech. Comrade Wu Wenlong, deputy director of the China Urban Heating Association and head of the Gas Heat Department of the Ministry of Construction, presided over the meeting. The first host of the meeting was delivered by Director of the Construction Committee of Hefei City.
