现实的教育教学工作中,小学有效备课的现状令人担忧——应付检查、依赖教参、抄备教案现象严重。新课程背景下,有效备课的意义重大,新课程背景下的备课要做到“四有”即心中有课标、脑中有教材、目中有学生、手中有资料。怎样才能真正让备课扎实有效?要摒弃为备课而备课的形式主义;要切实提高教师专业素养;备课方式力求多样,统一标准与分层要求;加强备课基本步骤的研究工作。
