目的掌握云南省临沧城区蚊类种群组成及特征,为预防虫媒传染性疾病提供参考。方法 2015年8月,采用诱蚊灯法,在临沧城区东、南、西、北、中5个方位各布放4盏诱蚊灯连续7夜诱捕蚊虫。结果捕获蚊类共5属22种1 327只,其中库蚊属11种1 210只,占捕获总数的91.18%;阿蚊属4种83只,占6.26%;按蚊属5种30只,占2.26%;伊蚊属和轲蚊属各1种2只,各占0.15%。致倦库蚊和三带喙库蚊分别占57.72%和32.40%,其他蚊种均<3.69%。结论临沧市城区地理环境和气候条件适宜多种蚊虫生长,致倦库蚊及三带喙库蚊为优势蚊种,数量多且分布广泛,主要影响临沧城区蚊密度的变化趋势。
Objective To understand the composition and characteristics of mosquito population in Lincang, Yunnan Province, and to provide a reference for the prevention of infectious diseases of insect-borne diseases. Methods In August 2015, mosquitoes were trapped by 4 mosquito lamps in 5 orientations in east, south, west, north and center of Lincang, using the mosquito lamp method. Results A total of 1 327 mosquitoes belonging to 5 genera and 22 species were captured, of which 11 210 were from 11 species of Culex, accounting for 91.18% of the total number captured. 83 mosquitoes belonged to 4 species, accounting for 6.26% Accounting for 2.26%; Aedes and the genus Aedes a 2 species, each accounting for 0.15%. Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus and Culex tritaeniorhynchus accounted for 57.72% and 32.40% respectively, all other mosquito species were less than 3.69%. Conclusion The geographical environment and climatic conditions in Lincang City are suitable for the growth of mosquito species. Culex pipiens pallets and Culex tritaeniorhynchus are the dominant mosquito species, which are numerous and widely distributed, mainly affecting the trend of mosquito density in Lincang.
