0.08ml/kg剂量的油酸静脉注入可以迅速造成实验性呼吸窘迫综合症(R.D.S)。交感神经机能的变化是R.D.S发病机理中值得重视的一个问题,但这方面的研究报道不多。为此,我们用直接描记的方法观察了实验性R.D.S发病过程中颈交感神经节后纤维的电活动。
A 0.08 ml / kg dose of oleic acid intravenous infusion can rapidly cause experimental respiratory distress syndrome (R.D.S). Changes in sympathetic function is one of the most important issues in the pathogenesis of R.D.S, but few reports have been reported in this area. To this end, we observed the electrical activity of the posterior cervical sympathetic ganglion fibers during the experimental R.D.S episode by direct tracing.
