为了研究温、湿度和饥饿胁迫对白僵菌防治甜菜夜蛾幼虫的影响,进行了室内试验。结果表明:温度对白僵菌的致病力有显著影响,24~27℃下有利于白僵菌感染甜菜夜蛾幼虫;湿度对白僵菌的致病力也有显著影响,高湿环境有利于白僵菌感染甜菜夜蛾幼虫;饥饿胁迫能显著缩短甜菜夜蛾幼虫被白僵菌杀死的时间。因此,在利用白僵菌防治甜菜夜蛾幼虫时,只有充分考虑温、湿度等天气因素,害虫的食物摄取,幼虫虫龄等基本情况,才能取得最佳的防治效果。
In order to study the effects of temperature, humidity and starvation stress on Beauveria bassiana against Beet armyworm larvae, an indoor experiment was conducted. The results showed that the temperature had a significant effect on the virulence of Beauveria bassiana, which was beneficial to Beauveria bassiana larvae infected with Beauveria at 24 ~ 27 ℃. Humidity also had a significant effect on the pathogenicity of Beauveria bassiana, Staphylococcus aureus infection with beet armyworm larvae; starvation stress can significantly reduce beet armyworm larvae kill Beauveria bassiana time. Therefore, Beauveria bassiana use beet armyworm larvae prevention and control, and only take full account of temperature, humidity and other weather factors, pests food intake, larvae age and other basic conditions in order to obtain the best control effect.
